Position Details

• Fixed Term – 3 Years | Open to either fulltime or part time (1FTE – 0.6FTE)
• Higher Education Officer Level 6 | $94,456 - $100,710 p.a. (pro-rata if part time)
• Location: Arrernte - Alice Springs

At Flinders Rural and Remote Health NT, our aim is to be a hub for innovative health research, education, and workforce development across the Northern Territory.

About the Role

We are currently building our Research Team to support research in Tackling Antimicrobial Resistance in Remote Australia (TARRA).

• Provide comprehensive research and administrative support, including data collection, qualitative interviews, and research data management
• Coordinate project activities, communications and stakeholder engagement to support research delivery and collaboration
• Assist with grant administration, including budget monitoring, reporting and compliance requirements
• Support the planning and execution of research projects and strategic initiatives

About You

• Proven ability to provide high-level administrative and research support, including data collection, analysis and reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Sound judgement and analytical skills to interpret policies, manage information and solve problems
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and commitment to inclusive, community-focused outcomes
