Research Technologist I
Position Summary: Independently conduct tests and experiments related to tissue specimen preparation for immunohistology, genotyping and ELISA test; record and evaluate test results. Assist with the maintenance of protocols and slides libraries. Manage reagents order and evaluation of the new protocols. Umbilical cord blood obtaining and processing. Cell Culture. DNA/RNA isolation from tissues and cells, PCR from DNA and RNA isolated from cells and tissues.
Salary Range: $42,000 - $63,000/annual
