In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support to help keep our accommodation and catering services running smoothly while contributing to continuous improvement across the business.

Position Requirements

  • Understanding of contemporary office administration practices, and competency using computers including the Microsoft Office Suite and booking services software (e.g., StarRez or other accommodation bookings databases).
  • Knowledge and understanding and/or experience providing customer service within an accommodation services (Motel/Hotel, etc.) environment and understanding of requirements relating to cleaning contracts and standards of service.
  • Proven ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team-based work environment.
