As a Night Support Officer you will:

Provide basic resident support, responding to inquiries and escalating issues as required.

Monitor residential facilities for security or maintenance issues, reporting concerns to appropriate teams.

Follow predefined incident response protocols, ensuring timely documentation and communication.

Assist short-stay residents with check-ins and general inquiries.

Support reception and administrative tasks during night hours.

To be successful, you’ll have:

Completion of an Associate Diploma level qualifications with relevant work experience or a certificate level qualification with post-certificate relevant work experience; or

Completion of a post-Trades Certificate or Advanced Certificate and extensive relevant and on the job training; or

An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
