Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and J.D. required position. Admission in good standing to practice law in the New Jersey state and federal courts is required. Requires strong academic performance in law school and at least five years of law-related experience after graduation, preferably in a pro bono or low-bono legal services program like the Rutgers Law Associates Fellowship Program. Exemplary professional, administrative, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills required. Excellent oral and written proficiency required, as well as strong organizational abilities. Some evening hours and travel required. High proficiency in Excel and Clio Office Management software and its reporting capabilities are required.
