"SEASONAL BUILDING & GROUNDS WORKER – FACILITIES"

Temporary position starting at $21.63 per hour working in Facilities. This position is represented by the Teamsters Local 320 bargaining unit.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform general custodial work in buildings including cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming hallways, scrub and mop floors, clean kitchen areas, clean walls, mirrors and windows, common areas, stairways, carpet shampoo, replenish supplies, and grounds work, etc.
• Bag, remove garbage and recycling items.
• Load and unload trucks, move furniture.
• Dismantle/assemble equipment and materials.
• Mow and water lawns; clean leaves and debris; and snow shoveling around doorways and entrance areas.

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the assignment
• Ability to interact in public settings in a respectful and professional manner
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
