Senior Project Officer, Integrated Projects

As a Senior Project Officer, Integrated Projects, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting the end to end development and delivery of complex ACIAR and DFAT funded programs. Working within a collaborative, high performing team, this role offers variety, global engagement and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes that create change together.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating elements of the project delivery cycle, including planning, delivery, monitoring and evaluation across multiple concurrent projects.
• Supporting tender, technical and financial proposal development, including budget formulation, team identification and project handovers.
• Providing high quality project administration, reporting, documentation and secretariat support to ensure compliance with agreed methodologies and stakeholder requirements.
• Facilitating effective communication and information sharing across project teams and with diverse domestic and international stakeholders to support continuous improvement.
