In this role, you will translate service design decisions into clear role and ways-of-working guidance. You will support enterprise-wide service improvement by creating documentation that enables consistent, sustainable service delivery.
What you will deliver:
- Prepare clear, structured role and ways-of-working documentation aligned with agreed service models and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Service Improvement Leads and project teams to clarify roles, responsibilities, and expectations from designs.
- Review inputs, synthesise findings, and prepare design artefacts under guidance from the Service Improvement Lead.
- Develop and maintain capability-related documentation, including role expectations and inputs to learning and development plans.
- Engage stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document information that supports downstream HR and change planning.
