Soc/Clin Research Assistant
Position Summary:
This position will serve as a Research Assistant and will support a mixed-methods project examining eating disorders and functional impairment. Responsibilities include contributing to a scoping review (e.g., screening abstracts, extracting data, and organizing literature) and assisting with development and refinement of focus group and interview guides. The position will recruit and follow up with study participants, including contacting individuals to schedule interviews and focus groups, and tracking outreach and responses. The Research Assistant will also support qualitative data collection activities, such as participating in focus groups and interviews in a research support role (e.g., note-taking, logistics).
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Management Preferences:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with Covidence or scoping/systematic reviews
- Knowledge of eating disorders
- Strong experience with research study procedures
