Specialist II, Scheduling
The purpose of this class is to schedule and coordinate activities related to classroom assignment, conferences, meetings and other special events.
Qualifications: High School diploma/GED and three (3) years of full-time experience, in a customer-service environment, performing duties to include: data entry and the knowledge of scheduling. Knowledgeable of and experience with Microsoft Office, information systems preferably Banner, document imaging and scheduling applications. Or an Associate's Degree with one (1) year of full-time experience in a customer-service environment performing duties to include: data entry and scheduling. May be required to work evenings and weekends during peak periods.
Compensation: within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.

Essential Job Duties:
- Support college scheduling function
- Maintain schedule of room utilization.
- Respond to the general public by telephone, mail and/or in person.
- Maintain data for schedule analysis.
- Prepare reports and other documents, as assigned.
- Support for event scheduling
- Perform administrative duties.
