Job Summary

Provide customer service, frontline support, and account support to aid in collection and daily operation activities for Accounts Receivable. Office hours Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities & Knowledge Skills & Abilities

  • Self-motivated and a team player.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and oral.
  • Ability to organize and set priorities.
  • Detail and accuracy oriented.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Complete multiple tasks effectively in a busy and stressful office.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Outlook.
  • Ability to learn a variety of software programs.
  • Ability to work with and safeguard confidential information.
  • Knowledge of College policies, procedures, and operations preferred.
  • Basic accounting skills preferred.
  • Banner knowledge preferred.
  • Customer Service knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people with different backgrounds and abilities. Maintain good working relationships across all College departments.

Minimum qualifications

  • 1 year customer service.
  • 1 year of collections experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish or another language.
  • Related Customer Service Skills, Proficient using Microsoft Office, and General Office Knowledge & Experience.
