"Staff Nurse - Inpatient Psychiatry Waltham - 16 hours nights"

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Unit At Waltham, a 12-bed, secure inpatient psychiatric unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing nursing care to patients and families in our
• Maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.
• Providing education to patients and families.
• Facilitating group therapies.
• Overseeing behavioral tech and counselor staff.
• 16; nights, every other weekend with rotating holidays.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

A bachelor's degree in nursing

Experience:

1+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting. Inpatient and pediatric RN experience preferred.

Licensure/Certifications

Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
