Student Intern, Advanced Technologies

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation, testing, and maintenance of advanced technology systems, applications, and tools.
• Support data collection, system monitoring, reporting, and documentation related to technology projects.
• Assist in troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and application issues and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Support research, evaluation, and pilot testing of emerging technologies, platforms, and digital solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, user guides, reports, and process workflows.
• Assist with system configuration, user account setup, and access management under supervision.
• Participate in team meetings, project planning sessions, and training activities.
• Maintain confidentiality, data security, and compliance with institutional policies and applicable regulations.
• Provide general administrative and technical support as assigned.
• Other related duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as a student at the University in good academic standing.
• Preferred major in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a closely related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 (or institutional minimum for student employment).
• Basic experience with computers, software applications, or technology systems through coursework, labs, projects, or prior work experience.
