Class Description

The purpose of this class is to provide front-line coordination of work related to advisement, registration and student services, including student applications, registration, drop/add and financial aid.

Minimum Requirements

High School diploma/GED and one-year related experience in a customer service department preferably in higher education or 3 months experience in a college financial aid office.

Positions located on the Essex and Owings Mills campuses
Some nights and weekends will be required for this position

Class Specific Essential Duties

1. Process, prepare and validate student documents relating to all aspects of the enrollment process.
2. Assist with the data management of student enrollment records to facilitate efficient processing.
3. Provide personal services to student and others relating to front line enrollment services.
4. Perform research to resolve enrollment related student issues.
