JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Penn State Abington’s Science and Engineering Division seeks an Information Science and Technology Instructor for a part-time appointment to begin January 2022. '

Job Duties

• The successful candidate will teach higher level courses in information technology which includes principles of programming languages, networking, databases, project management, etc.

Requirements and Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should be open to offering flexibility in course scheduling and methods of course delivery.
• Applicants must have the ability to communicate effectively with an ethnically and culturally diverse student population.
• Candidates must have completed at least a masters degree or equivalent education and experience in computer science or a related field.
• Preference will also be given to candidates with demonstrated excellence in teaching at the college level.
