  • Sound interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures and a proven commitment to customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability using the Provider Registration and International Student Management System (PRISMS) and/or tertiary education student records systems.
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills, with proven ability to deal with multiple tasks, establish priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work accurately and with attention to detail including the ability to provide accurate record keeping and reporting.
  • Proficient computing capabilities including competency with all Office 365 applications, in particular Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM, and competency with internet applications for researching and report preparation, statistics and other documents.
  • Ability to show initiative and an ability to work effectively as part of a team to deliver high quality student support.
  • An understanding of and commitment to UNSW’s aims, objectives and values in action, together with relevant policies and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and commitment to attending relevant health and safety training.
