Brief Summary of Work for this Position:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations, setup, and breakdown
- Assist with engagement activities
- Provide logistical support for sessions, speakers, and campus transitions
- Serve as a point of contact for staff to ensure a positive experience
- Assist with Vitals programming and student support activities as needed
- Help with program assessment and community engagement activities.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Required Certifications or Licensure:
none
Work Hours: 8am - 5pm
Work Days: Monday - Thursday
Hours Per Week: 32
Anticipated Hiring Range: $20 / hour

Please note, this is a temporary position. The length of the assignment will be based on department need with the possibility of continuation. Temporary assignments cannot exceed 11 consecutive months without a full 31-day break from employment. Employees in temporary positions are not considered permanent state employees and do not earn leave. Temporary employees are subject to the Affordable Care Act guidelines.
