"Tenure Line Position in Strategic Management"

The Management & Organization (M&O) Department of the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana, invites applications from qualified candidates for a tenure-line faculty position in Strategic Management to begin in Fall 2026, pending University approval. The position is open to applicants at all experience levels; possible titles are Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor. Position duties include teaching, research, and service. M&O launched a PhD in Management program in recent years, and supporting doctoral students is a key priority for the department. Thus, scholars who are interested in collaborating with PhD students are particularly encouraged to apply. The starting salary and teaching load are market competitive. Faculty members will be a part of a vibrant department and will receive ample annual research budgets, as well as outstanding computer, administrative, data gathering, and data science support.

Candidates at the entry level must have completed all requirements for a Ph.D. degree or have completed all but dissertation in Management or a closely related field. Candidates at the advanced assistant, associate, or full professor level must have a Ph.D. in Management or a closely related field.
