"Tenure-Track Position in Accounting"

NYU Shanghai is currently inviting applications for a position at the rank of Assistant Professor in Accounting, beginning in the Fall Semester of 2026.

Terms of employment at NYU Shanghai are comparable to NYU New York and other U.S. institutions with respect to research start-up funds and compensation, and they include housing subsidies and educational subsidies for children. Faculty may in certain cases have the opportunity to spend time at NYU New York and other sites of the NYU Global Network, engaging in both research and teaching. 

Candidates must hold a doctoral degree by September 1, 2026 in Accounting or a related field and must demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in scholarly research and teaching.

To be considered, applicants should submit a curriculum vitae, separate statements of research and teaching interests (no more than three pages each), and electronic copies of representative research papers.
