Trial Manager

Applications are invited for a Trial Manager, to work with a team working with Professor Susan Jebb on research programmes within the Health Behaviours Team on diet and obesity.

The successful applicant will manage large, complex behavioural trials within both primary and secondary care. Responsibilities will include taking the lead on the day to day delivering of a trial across the life cycle of the trial, including monitoring trial progress and the development and maintenance of SOPs, as well as, contributing to data analysis and paper preparation.

You will hold a good first degree, or equivalent experience in a research environment. You will have experience running trials, experience of delivering training to a variety of audiences and strong computer literacy and database experience.

You will be based in the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, Radcliffe Primary Care Building, Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6GG as your normal place of work but you will be able to agree a pattern of regular remote working with your line manager. While a full-time position is available, a part-time post (minimum 0.6 FTE) would be considered.

The position is funded by Novo Nordisk Foundation until 31st December 2027.
