Women's Soccer, Assistant Coach - Part-time Adjunct Pool

Basic Function

Kern Community College District accepts applications for part-time, hourly faculty pools on a continuous basis. The starting salary range is $67.00/hour.

Representative Duties

This is an adjunct pool for a part-time assistant coach in the Division of Physical Education and Athletics. Assistant Coach for Women's Soccer includes coaching a diverse student population and coaching at games/tournaments scheduled in the evening and/or Saturdays.

Desirable Qualifications

Ability to plan and direct the recruitment, conditioning, training, practice, eligibility and behavioral conduct of athletes.
Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and promote an intercollegiate sports program.
Sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.
