Job Summary/Basic Function
This position coordinates and performs all activities of finishing/manufacturing and fulfillment of print and mailing jobs. It requires relevant print industry knowledge of specialty equipment and excellent organizational skills to ensure small and large jobs are completed and delivered on time and meet minimum quality expectations. Manage customer facing walk-in requests for Wright Print Center and Wright One Card services. Be proactive with suggestions on improving customer service, shop efficiencies, and operations.
Minimum Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED and two years (FT) of related work experience, OR two years of post-secondary education and one year of (FT) related work experience, OR a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Expected to maintain the highest level of confidentiality for all aspects of this position. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Able to prioritize and organize job tasks and responsibilities. Able to calculate basic math. Working knowledge and skills for personal computer software (word, excel, PowerPoint). Demonstrated ability to enter data into databases and computer systems.
- Knowledge of printing, photocopying, and bindery equipment and machinery.
- Knowledge of print production and the printing industry.
- Experience in graphics arts industry.

- Ability to calculate basic math.
- Thorough knowledge and skills to utilize high speed duplicating machines, current office equipment
Preferred Qualifications
Essential Functions and percent of time
70% Wright Print Center Technical
- Support Wright Print Center services by fulfilling customer orders in a timely fashion.
- Consult with customers and give technical support for formatting print jobs to best match the desired print devices.
- Operate high-speed, state-of-the-art duplicators and printers; binding, folding, stapling, and cutting equipment.
- Independently operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production bindery and finishing equipment and all delivery related equipment.
- Prepare, organize and assist with mailings and deliveries.
- Review department requests, manage workflow to ensure all orders are completed on time, and consistently meet customers' expectations while maximizing workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate, organize, outgoing shipping and delivery logistics for completed projects, ensuring communication with project managers and customers.
- Advise management on future equipment needs. Maintain paper, printer and mailing supplies by communicating with project supervisors.
- Place related supply as requested by supervisor.

25% Wright One Card Support
- Support day-to-day service delivery of university ID card (Wright One Card) including system maintenance, budget, record keeping, electronic files and other related duties.
- Maintain cash controls and perform daily paperwork as requested by supervisor.
- Respond to card emergencies throughout business day.
- Provide general oversight for the Wright One ID Card creation process.
- Participate in and support new student orientation specific for the support of the Wright One Card service.
5% Other Duties As Assigned
- Maintain organization of printshop and mailroom with high priority on paper organization and cleanliness.
- Proactively seek, and learn, Wright Print Center operations not specifically assigned with the intent of preparing for growth, advancement and promotion within the department.

Working Conditions
Requires standing and kneeling while operating production printers; lifting up to 50 pounds required.
