Adjunct Instructor of Music–Commercial Bass

MILLIKIN UNIVERSITY invites applications for a part-time (renewable), Adjunct Instructor of Music–Commercial Bass. Master’s degree required. Documented history of professional activity in jazz and commercial music performance; evidence of successful teaching; and ability to attract and retain students is essential. Primary responsibilities include teaching applied lessons and weekly studio classes. Performance opportunities with the Millikin Faculty Jazz Ensemble and teaching opportunities with the Millikin Community Arts Academy yielding additional remuneration are also possible. Position begins August 2025.
