Suspension of Drexel University's Contribution into 403(b) Retirement Plan
As communicated on Oct. 10, Drexel University is suspending its contributions to employee retirement plans for calendar year 2025 as part of its multi-year plan to build financial resilience. Drexel is continuing to monitor the situation and will share updates as they become available for calendar year 2026.

About the Thomas R. Kline School of Law
Founded in 2006, the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University offers an ABA-accredited Juris Doctorate program in law, together with other graduate programs in law. This position is in connection with the Kline Law J.D. program.
Job Summary
The Moot Court coach is responsible for working with the Moot Court Competition advisor to coach students for competitions and to otherwise implement the mission of the Kline School of Law.
Essential Functions
- Teaching students to analyze a case file.
- Teaching students to craft themes and theories of a case file.
- Teaching students how to sharpen both written and oral advocacy skills.
- Teaching students to present arguments and respond to questions from a panel of judges.
- Conducting weekly practices with students either in person or via Zoom.
- Attending the competition with the team members.
- Evaluate student achievement of curricular objectives.
- Maintain communication with the Moot Court Competition advisor and the Dean for Academic Affairs regarding any course or student issues.
- Perform other similar duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Law Degree, Juris Doctor.

This is a Part-Time Faculty position classified as Exempt. The offered salary is based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
