Administrative Assistant 2
Administrative Assistant will assist the Healthy Community Center (HCC) team by performing essential administrative and clerical functions. Administrative duties include but are not limited to maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings via Microsoft Teams, drafting letters, arranging travel and submitting reimbursement documentation.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the HCC team by performing essential administrative and clerical functions The Administrative Assistant will function as the primary contact person for various sources of documentation, distribution point for all internal and external communications. They will support the HCC team with clerical duties including maintaining office supplies and equipment, perform computer data entry, assist with program registrations, and produce program promotional materials. Additionally, they will answer the phone and greet individuals upon entry to the Healthy Community Center. The Administrative Assistant will function as the primary contact person for various sources of documentation, distribution point for all internal and external communications. Must be able to adapt to new environments and maintain an organized workspace.
Minimum Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
