Administrative Finance Coordinator
Job Description
This position serves as the Administrative Finance Coordinator for the Sam Noble Museum. This role is responsible for the museum's hourly & monthly payroll, managing the recruiting process, on-boarding and off-boarding employees, budget revisions, FMLA administration, coordinating annual performance reviews, and handling employee relations. Other duties include assisting with cash audits, daily deposit logs and other duties as assigned. This position reports to the museum's Head of Finance and Human Relations.
Job Requirements
Required Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or related field.
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree

Advertised Physical Requirements:
Able to speak, read and write clear, concise English, including expressing oneself or exchanging information with others and communicate effectively and listen. Must be able to pull, push, reach, grasp, feel, touch, sit for prolonged periods and engage in repetitive motions. Able to see including color, depth perception and clarity. Able to hear including receiving detailed information orally or making fine discriminations in sound. Use of a computer and telephone. Standard office environment with extensive computer use. The job may include frequent exposure to pressure caused by deadlines and busy periods.
Departmental Preferences:
- MA/MS Degree
- Experience in Human Resources, Payroll and Finance, including PeopleSoft
- Basic accounting skills
- Ability to build and manipulate spreadsheets
- OU or High Education experience
- Welcoming and caring demeanor when interfacing with museum staff on personnel issues
- Willingness to work closely with supervisor and other departments across campus to manage work and solve problems
