This role is essential for developing, executing, and analyzing recruitment strategies that attract diverse graduate and professional students to the College of Public Health. It manages all aspects of application processing and admissions review, delivers exceptional customer service, and drives innovative recruitment campaigns across multiple platforms. The position requires outstanding professionalism, frequent state and regional travel, and a proven commitment to fostering an inclusive campus environment.
Serving as an engaged member of the Student Affairs team, this position is vital in regard to the coordination, development, and implementation of strategies to attract graduate and professional students to the College of Public Health.
The position assists with application management and admissions review support to include evaluation of student applications, verification of student data, and providing admissions reports.
This position works with prospective students, current students, faculty, and staff in an intensive customer service environment. The position requires understanding and sensitivity regarding diverse student populations; a high level of professionalism; and commitment to teamwork.
Assists with the creation, preparation, and maintenance of recruitment campaigns and materials, including but not limited to social media, online advertising, copy writing, promotional design, CRM and website maintenance.
Engages candidates through face to face visits, phone and email campaigns. This position will conduct visits to high schools, community colleges, college fairs, job fairs, community events and other promotional events as well as assist with campus tours, virtual visits, open houses, student affairs events orientation sessions and welcome activities as needed.
Work with direct supervisor assisting with the analysis of recruitment data and the development and initiation of innovative strategies for recruitment of College of Public Health students.
State and regional travel, including some overnights/weekends.
Salary Range: $50,400 - $75,600/annual
