Under the direction of the Director of Instructional Support Services and Special Projects, the Faculty Workload Analyst evaluates, processes, and analyzes full and part-time curriculum and continuing education faculty workload records to ensure compliance with college, state, and federal requirements related to the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The duties of this position include: providing administrative leadership and technical support to all instructional areas related to faculty workload, developing, communicating and updating college-wide procedures, training faculty and staff, creating and producing reports, and researching and interpreting updates to ACA laws and regulations. The incumbent must be able to analyze information from a wide variety of sources to serve these various constituents. Other related duties include coordinating with the offices of scheduling, human resources, and financial services to ensure accurate documentation for benefits determinations.
Min Salary
$56,391.86
Mid Salary
$63,440.85 - We offer a competitive salary package that will be determined based on the candidate's experience level and qualifications related to the job. Compensation will be commensurate with your level of experience.

Education Required
Bachelor’s degree from an institutionally accredited college/university.
Education Preferred
Master’s degree or higher from an institutionally accredited college/university
Experience Required
- Three years of experience coordinating and analyzing complex databases.
- Experience with an educationally based relational database system (i.e. Colleague, Banner, etc.)
- Experience with software applications such as Microsoft Office, specifically with spreadsheets (e.g. Excel)
- Experience developing workflows and written procedures for complex processes.
Experience Preferred
- Greater than three years of experience coordinating and analyzing complex databases.
- Experience with contract preparation and generation.
- Experience with human resource law and regulation.
KSA Required
- Ability to implement multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and to initiate new projects.
- Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication skills.
- High organizational skills required for detailed and complex recordkeeping.
- Data analysis skills

- Must become proficient in Datatel Colleague screens used for assigning and monitoring faculty workloads and pay tiers.
- Actively engage in professional development opportunities.
- Applicable criminal background check required.
- Some travel involved for training, conferences, etc.
- Perform all other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
The following (compliance) training is required and must be completed within the first 30 days of hire with annual refresher training thereafter:
- Ethics
- Safety/Shooter on Campus
- Personal Information Protection Training (PIP)
- Anti-Discrimination/Harassment & Title IX
- Other training may be required as determined applicable.
