Job Description Summary
Under the supervision of the ERP Systems Manager, the Workday FINS/Payroll Analyst oversees the installation, implementation, and maintenance of vendor-delivered software products and development and implementation of new integrations and reports to support ACC's daily operations.
Job Description
Manages day-to-day administration of ACC's FINS, Payroll and related modules within Workday. Manages the implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of vendor-delivered software products. Tracks the product roadmap for Workday. Researches new software products and tools. Tests, implements, and monitors new procedures, applications, and tools. Enforces policies and standards. Collaborates in discussions with users. Works with IT leadership and Information Security areas.
Technical Knowledge
- In depth knowledge of Workday FINS and Payroll administration and architecture
- Direct experience with building and/or maintaining integrations between Workday and other applications
- Hands-on experience with the integration and reporting components of Workday, including Workday Studio, EIB, CloudConnect, Report Writer, and BIRT
- Solid background using XSLT, XPATH, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON
Required Work Experience
Three years related work experience
Required Education
Bachelor's degree. Workday Pro: Financial Management (Core), US Payroll, and Studio certifications
