Enterprise Functional Analyst Advanced
Job Summary
The Student LifeCycle Management (SLCM) Team is seeking to add an Enterprise Functional Analyst Advanced to support the student administration sector of the university student experience. This role plays a vital part in supporting the systems and processes that power the student experience from admissions through enrollment and beyond. This position is part of UK’s evolving IT strategy and will report through the Technology Services department in Beyond Blue effective July 1, 2026.
In this position, you’ll serve as a key partner to campus stakeholders, helping ensure that student administration systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will provide functional support, troubleshoot user experience issues, and collaborate across technical and functional teams to maintain seamless operations for critical student processes.
You’ll also work closely with developers and analysts to build your understanding of the applications, integrations, and underlying programming that support the full student lifecycle including admissions, enrollment, and student records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, and motivated to learn in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the SLCM team and student support offices to troubleshoot system issues and ensure uninterrupted user access to key processes
- Process system roles, authorization requests, and technical training plans to maintain appropriate system access and compliance
- Provide functional support for student admissions, enrollment, and retention systems and related processes
- Conduct independent research to resolve system and process questions and improve user experience
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and campus partners to support system enhancements and integrations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems supporting the student lifecycle

Flexible Work Arrangement
This position offers flexibility to work:
- Fully on-site at the University of Kentucky
- In a hybrid model (combining remote and on-campus work)
- Fully remote within the state of Kentucky
