About the Position
This is a full-time position for the next two-years, working in Bond University’s Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine Assessment Team. Reporting to the Assessment Manager, the key aspects of this position will be to support the organisation and delivery of examinations, to assist in governance and monitoring of student performance through bespoke assessment software, and to provide support to those Academic Staff and Professional Staff involved in examinations and assessments of the Faculty of Health Science students.
This role will be primarily based at the newly renovated Bond Institute of Health & Sport (BIHS) campus in Robina. Occasional travel to the Varsity Lakes campus, located only 5km away, may be required.

We are looking for candidates to demonstrate the following:
- a degree level qualification with relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training.
- Experience of providing a high level of advice and standard of administrative support and can implement quality processes and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) for communicating with a range of people.
- High level of attention to detail and high-level of IT skills including Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems and Assessment technologies.
- Enjoys working independently, managing multiple tasks, and meeting competing deadlines.
- Has experience of working in a customer service focused environment.
- Will work harmoniously with others whilst contributing to team outcomes.
Previous experience working in an assessment environment will be highly regarded, and previous experience interpreting and applying University and academic policy will be an advantage.
Salary details
The salary for the position commences at $80,787 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
Please note: The fixed term of this employment contract will be for up to two years, with twelve months' probation. The prospect of conversion to a continuing employment contract will be discussed at the end of the contract term.
