Job Description Summary

This position is responsible for teaching courses in the field of organizational leadership, focusing primarily on graduate level courses. Coordination of the Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership is expected to be part of the responsibilities. In addition, candidates are expected to contribute to the field through active research and publishing, and engaging in institutional and professional service. Graduate student advising is required.

Minimum Qualifications

A terminal degree such as a Ph.D. or Ed.D. in a field relevant to educational or organizational leadership (applicants who will be completing the doctorate no later than August, 30, 2026 may be considered); Professional experience working in the field of education (including K-12 or higher education) or organizational leadership; Prior experience working with and/or supervising graduate students preferred.
