The University of Cincinnati's Department of Orthopaedic Surgery seeks a dedicated and highly skilled Podiatric Surgeon to join our dynamic and collaborative team as an Assistant Professor. The successful candidate will contribute to the Department’s mission of delivering exceptional patient care, education, and research in a collegial academic environment.

  • Perform advanced surgical procedures, including reconstructive, arthroscopic, and minimally invasive foot and ankle surgeries, and participate in trauma or call coverage as assigned.
  • Teach and mentor residents, contributing to the academic mission through formal instruction and clinical supervision.
  • Engage in scholarly activities, including clinical or translational research, with an expectation to contribute to publications, presentations, and potential grant or clinical trial funding.
  • Participate in departmental collaboration, supporting strategic initiatives, program development, and multidisciplinary care coordination within the academic medical center.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have obtained a Doctorate or terminal degree from a regionally accredited college or university of recognized standing in a field appropriate to the requirements of the position.
