Associate Director- Research & Faculty Office

We are looking for an Associate Director to join the Research and Faculty Office at London Business School on a 10 month fixed term contract.

You will be responsible for managing our seven Subject Area Managers whose teams are responsible for supporting our outstanding Faculty; working with them to build relationships, deliver excellence and collaborate across the School. You will represent the department on Management Committee and work closely with Faculty Chairs, providing regular updates. Not only will you work closely with members of your team to ensure an efficient service is provided to faculty but you will also work across numerous departments of the school, including Degree Education and the People Team.

You will have strong people management experience, an understanding of how to build strong relationships with Faculty and previous experience within Higher Education is preferred.
