Associate Manager OSU Hospital Gift Shop

The OSU Hospital-East Gift Shop is a service organization to patients, visitors and staff. It provides a highly visible hotel service to the OSU hospital East Customers. This Gift Shop is a start up operation offering a full line of merchandise including gift items such as cards, confectionery, clothing, reading material, etc. Manages all gift shop operations including the day to day activities. The position scope of responsibilities includes; sales, merchandise displays, cash management, personnel, scheduling special events, customer service and inventory control. Serves as a liaison to Hospital Staff Visitors and patients.

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business, Retail or Marketing related discipline; Considerable experience in retail marketing; Demonstrates customer service skills
