Reporting to the Associate Director of Registration, the Associate Registrar, Loans and Exhibitions will independently organize, manage, and perform a wide variety of professional registration duties... [full reporting description]

In this role, you will:

• Perform data entry in collections management systems...
• Prepare documentation pertaining to loans...
• Oversee handling, packing, movement...
• Arrange for insurance...
• Coordinate incoming traveling exhibitions...
• Support processing of incoming new acquisitions...
• May serve as a courier...
• Coordinate light sensitive and gallery rotations...
• Work in tandem with museum preparators...
• Attend exhibition planning meetings...
• Train and supervise...
• Other duties may also be assigned
