Registration and Intake Support Specialist
Position Summary
This position supports the Adult Education & ESOL programs and is responsible for intake, assessment, registration, and enrollment of learners. This position provides student support from the time of application through enrollment and one year post exit. The Adult Education & ESOL Registration and Intake Specialist demonstrates sensitivity to and understanding of community college students' diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and racial/ethnic background and may use varying styles and approaches that reflect an understanding and acceptance of the role of culture in a diverse, multicultural workplace.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The following are the functions essential to performing this job:
- Respond to student information requests and inquiries via telephone, email, text, chat, and face-to-face.
- Assist students in completing paper and online forms.
- Assist students with class registration process.
- Resolve issues and instruct students through various self-service systems, including but not limited to PeopleSoft, myFCC, email, and Lumens.
- Prepare and enter data into system to support overall check-in process
- Other duties as assigned
Salary
$17.59 - $23.69 hourly
