This is a hybrid role, you will need to be on campus frequently (typically 3-4 days a week). This will vary with team and project requirements in line with the University’s Agile Working Framework.
This role will be based across all the University campuses.

Responsibilities of the department include managing the estates strategy, property maintenance, property management, facilities management, and health, safety, and environmental oversight.
Flexibility is key in this role, as it may occasionally require out-of-hours work, movement between campuses, and the willingness to adapt to the needs of the University beyond core hours.
About the role
The Capital Delivery Manager will make a lasting impact on the University’s estate, facilities and user experience by managing a programme of refurbishment and development projects through the whole lifecycle. The role holder will manage a range of Estates capital projects from initiation through stakeholder engagement, design, procurement, programming, budget management, on-site delivery, moves, commissioning, handover and post-project evaluation. The role holder will work closely with academic, technical and professional services colleagues at all levels.
