We have an exciting opportunity for a Support Officer to join our team on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term basis, providing comprehensive administrative support for Curtin’s Pay Review project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process forms, enter data, and update records.
- Support document verification and ensure proper filing and archiving of documentation.
- Update information on Ascender Pay HRIS.
- Assist with payroll audit reports and collate employee information.
- Prepare documentation using MS Office applications.
- Respond to general inquiries and serve as the first point of contact for clients.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely processing of pays in line with the pay cycle.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in administration, ideally with a background in Human Resources or Finance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive under deadlines.
- Experience with HRIS systems, specifically Ascender Pay, is highly advantageous.
