• Equally focused on local outreach and expanding services nationally, particularly in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Colorado.
• Oversee patient navigation processes, optimizing patient experiences and access to care.
• Analyze program data, identifying performance metrics to inform quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster relationships with referring groups and external care providers to enhance the continuum of care.

Qualifications

Candidate Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of acute care nursing experience required
• Clinical program management experience preferred
• 2 years in a leadership role within a healthcare setting preferred
• Advanced regulatory interpretation and compliance knowledge.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities and complex demands in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications:

• RN State License in California (upon hire).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (upon hire).
