Job Summary

The Communications Specialist for the Registrar's Office is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering clear, accurate, and timely communications... Completes other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

STUDENT-FACING COMMUNICATIONS: Execute targeted campaigns... Maintain a comprehensive communication map...

DIGITAL CONTENT DEVELOPMENT: Produce instructional videos... Integrate key student services...

WEB CONTENT MANAGEMENT: Lead full redesign... Maintain site organization...

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS AND DOCUMENTATION: Update and manage critical internal documents... Deliver timely communications...

MARKETING AND BRAND ALIGNMENT: Serve as liaison with AU Communications...

ANALYTICS AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Track engagement... Identify pain points...

DATA AND BRANDING COMPLIANCE: Review analytics... Propose new data views...

ADDITIONAL INITIATIVES: Manage crisis communications... Conduct surveys...: Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in communications, marketing, public relations, higher education, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in higher education... Knowledge of Pathify, Slate, or Apex... Basic graphic design skills... Understanding of accessibility standards...

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Familiarity with website content management systems.
Experience creating digital content...
SKILLS to assist customers...
Detail-oriented...
Strong writing...
ABILITIES Ability to maintain confidentiality... Ability to operate a computer...

Shift/Salary/Benefits

Shift: Days; M-F
Pay Band: B7
Salary: $20.28/hourly-$25.34/hourly
Salary to be commensurate with qualifications...
