About the role:
The Coordinator, Inclusion Programs assists in the delivery of high-quality inclusion programs to support students and staff across the University. This position plays a key role in leading the coordination of strategic initiatives, including major internal and national surveys, and the implementation of strategic plans, including the Social Cohesion Action Plan, and the Disability Action Plan, driving meaningful progress towards a more accessible and inclusive campus community.
as Coordinator, Inclusion Programs, you will:
Support team members to delegate tasks effectively, manage priorities, and deliver high‑quality work within required timeframes.
Build and sustain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders to enable meaningful consultation and ensure a cohesive, whole‑of‑university approach to inclusion initiatives.
Oversee reporting for key projects and strategic plans, ensuring accurate insights and timely updates for senior stakeholders.
Plan, coordinate and prioritises work and critical activities appropriately and recognises barriers to achieving outcomes, finds effective ways to deal with them and evaluates progress
Distil the core issues from complex information, draws accurate conclusions and condense complex information and next steps into simple concise terms that others can understand
Establish and demonstrate a high level of learning, energy and commitment and maintain personal integrity and make decisions consistent with University values
To be successful, you’ll have:
A Degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or
Extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or
An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Experience working within an organisation with complex administrative structures, policies and procedures, preferably within the higher education sector
