About the role
We are looking for a Course Coordinator to work in our Surgical Science and Practice Taught Course team. You will be based in the John Radcliffe Hospital, but you may be able to agree a pattern of regular remote working with your line manager. You will be responsible for all non-academic aspects of managing and administering the course, supported in the administrative component by a part-time course administrator. Your responsibilities will include managing and supporting the student journey (applications and admissions; support for enrolled students), managing examinations and assessments in accordance with university regulations, event management for taught modules, and financial management of the programme. During taught modules, you will be required to support the smooth running of the teaching week, which will require extended hours.
About you

You will be a strong problem-solver, able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy at all times.
