CRM Administration Support Specialist
Job Summary
The CRM Administration Support Specialist plays an essential role in supporting the enrollment and retention systems used by Graduate and Professional Studies at PLNU. This position focuses on maintaining data accuracy, supporting CRM workflows, and helping staff confidently and effectively use systems such as Salesforce, Workday, and related tools. Working closely with the Director of CRM Administration and cross-functional partners, this role contributes to reporting, documentation, training, and technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency and data reliability across GPS.

Salary
Pay range $24.90 - $26.89
Actual salary offered is determined by the candidate's experience, education, skills, and other factors, including internal equity and university funding resources.

What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain data quality and integrity across GPS systems, including Salesforce, Webadmit, and TargetX
- Design, update, and manage recurring reports and dashboards for enrollment and retention tracking
- Monitor data trends and anomalies, recommending process or system logic improvements
- Support data validation and clean-up efforts in collaboration with Institutional Research and Graduate Processing
- Manage record hygiene activities, including deduplication and data reconciliation in Salesforce
- Serve as first-line support for CRM and system questions related to Salesforce, Dialpad, CODA, and TargetX
- Support CRM automation and integrations through testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
- Maintain auxiliary systems such as Dialpad, SMS Magic, FormAssembly, and CODA to ensure proper configuration and data flow
- Manage workflows related to applications, deferrals, withdrawals, and prepaid course registrations
- Document system processes, integrations, and workflows to support transparency and long-term sustainability
- Collaborate with Learning and Development to create and maintain onboarding and training materials
- Deliver training sessions and one-on-one support to help staff build confidence using CRM tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant and equivalent work experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Commitment to a customer-oriented provision of service
- Strong technical skillset in data input and analysis
- Must possess strong detail and time management skills. Ability to work independently and accomplish tasks under deadline stresses
- Understanding of and commitment to the spiritual mission of Point Loma Nazarene University
- Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, neatness, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and find solutions to issues that may arise
- Evidence of Christian commitment and active church involvement. In addition, staff agree to live in agreement with PLNU's Community Life Covenant.

Physical Requirements
The work is primarily sedentary and may require sitting for extended periods of time. Use of computer equipment: computer keyboard, mouse, and monitor. Vision to read documents, email and other correspondence, and reports on paper and computer monitor. Ability to communicate effectively with others in person and by phone. Will also stand, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 10 lbs throughout the day.
