Job Summary

The Donor Engagement Coordinator is a critical member of the Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement (PAE) team... This role requires a strong commitment to discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality when managing sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Database Management
Manages and maintains accurate, detailed donor records...

Professional Writing & Communication
Creates high-quality, detailed donor communications...

Events
Works closely in coordination with PAE and Donor Engagement leadership...

Office Management
Manages supplies, resources, and budgets...

Other
Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, communication, professional writing, journalism, or a related field is required and a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in donor engagement, fundraising, professional writing, database management, or event planning is preferred.
