Position: Mid-Plains Community College is looking for a qualified E-Sports Club Coach who has the ability to coach and instruct proper gaming techniques, plan engaging and skill-building practices, and oversee all aspects of running a highly competitive E-sports team. This position also requires someone who can recruit high-performing gamers and oversee travel plans and fundraising for the team. Experience and knowledge in gaming, online individual and team play, recruiting, team development, and planning is helpful. This position can be filled at any campus location, and travel between all MPCC campuses is required.

Minimum Qualifications:

An associate degree is preferred, and two years of experience in gaming, coaching, competition, and player and team development is helpful. Strong leadership and recruiting skills are essential. The ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful.
