Endpoint Support Analyst
The School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture (APLA) at Auburn University invites applications for the position of Endpoint Support Analyst. APLA has a 118-year history of educating architects, interior architects, landscape architects, and planners. It contributes to the region and profession through outreach, scholarship, and creative work.
APLA operates in multiple locations, including Dudley Hall, Urban Studio, Rural Studio Campus, and the CADC Research Commons. The IT team supports over 75 employees and 800 students.
The successful candidate will provide consultative and technical support services, including support for desktop, mobile computing, client/server technology, output devices like 2D and 3D printing, laser cutting, and advanced visualization equipment. Essential functions include high-quality customer service, resolving technical issues, providing consultation, and assisting with new initiatives.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant IT experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
