About the Role:

The primary purpose of this role is to support and coordinate the delivery of First Aid units for all TAFE courses. The successful candidate will assist the manager of Community Health by assigning sessional staff to teach these units, managing enrolments, and overseeing the administration processes to ensure seamless delivery.

Duties:

Some of the duties of this role may include:

Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of First Aid units across all TAFE courses.

Support the manager of Community Health in assigning sessional staff to teach First Aid units.

Manage enrolments and administration processes related to First Aid unit delivery.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for First Aid training.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all First Aid training sessions.

Liaise with students, staff, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and coordination.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of First Aid training programs and suggest improvements as needed.

This part-time fixed-term position will be offered at the classification level of HEP 6, salary range of $85,667 annum (pro rata) to $92,728 per annum (pro rata), 22.05 hours per week plus 17% employer superannuation contribution.

Familiarity with First Aid training requirements and guidelines is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
