Executive MBA Programme Coordinator

Saïd Business School is at the heart of the University of Oxford, delivering world-class executive education to senior professionals and leaders from across the globe. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Programme Coordinator to join our Executive MBA Programme Team. This is a pivotal role supporting the operational delivery of one of the world's most prestigious Executive MBA programmes and ensuring an outstanding student experience for senior executives and business leaders.

As Programme Coordinator, you will work closely with Programme Managers and Senior Programme Managers to provide administrative, technical and logistical support across all aspects of programme delivery. You will play a key role in coordinating modules, events, international study trips and classroom delivery, while maintaining strong relationships with faculty, students, suppliers and colleagues across the School and wider University.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver administrative and logistical support for EMBA modules, events and programme activities.
  • Manage room bookings, accommodation, registrations, invitations, technical arrangements and attendee support.
  • Edit and publish recorded class content to the School's learning management platform.
  • Process purchases, invoices and financial transactions using Oracle, supporting budget management and supplier relationships.
  • Collect, analyse and report programme data and evaluation feedback.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional standards of accuracy and service delivery. You will have proven experience coordinating events and activities from planning through to completion, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently using initiative. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including academics, senior leaders, colleagues and students.
