Position Summary
The Executive Recruiting Consultant role is an executive recruiter position with the majority of time invested in communication with prospective executive-level talent. Active recruiting accounts for roughly 70% of this role with the majority of that time spent on the telephone in communication with prospective executive talent.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies
- Communicate effectively at all levels of a large, complex organization in both written and oral forms through phone, email, and personal interactions.
- Ability to provide high output of daily outbound calls.
Duties/Responsibilities
Research and identify qualified candidates through peer and aspirational institutions, position-specific associations, nominations, and subject matter experts. (70%)
Meet and interact with senior level faculty and administration throughout the search process. (20%)
Escort candidates on campus and perform other duties in support of a successful search process. (10%)
